High School Hub
The High School Hub is a collection of free online resources for high school students. It features "interactive learning activities, an ongoing poetry contest, a reference collection, college information, and subject guides for English, mathematics, social studies, science, global languages, arts, and technology."
Multnomah County Library's Homework Center
Those librarians are at it again. This time they've put together a directory of sites for K-12 homework help. This site is useful for teens as well as the adults who help them out (sometimes, if you ask nice.)
Sparknotes
Free study guides, similar to Cliff Notes, from Harvard students and grads. If you need help with the plot and characters of that l-o-o-o-n-g book you're supposed to be reading for English, try going here. And Sparknotes has expanded its literature collection and now features over a dozen channels with guides on everything from ancient Greek philosophy to special relativity.
Three Rivers Free-Net Homework Help
Homework help from the Carnegie Library in Pittsburgh. Another excellent site created by librarians for teens...so use it already!
