1.) From the Meeting Room Calendar, click Request a Room


2.) Select the room(s) you would like to book. Click on [Info] beside each room for a description and ammenities. You can write in what equipment you need to use (i.e. projector & screen,) how you need the room set up, etc. in the comments section of the reservation form. Also remember to choose the date you wish to book. 


3.) Click the blocks to reserve the time for each room you need then click Request Reservation at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the registration form to fill out and submit. Your reservation is not complete until you receive an approval via email.
